Transportation
Information on free public transit options will be posted in January 2024.
Snowdown wants you to make responsible decisions when getting around during Snowdown.
If you drive, remember that the Downtown parking meters are FREE on weekdays after 6 pm, and FREE all day on weekends. You can also park for FREE in any City parking lot after 5 pm weekdays and all day on weekends. The City lots are located on E. 2nd Ave. and at the Transit Center.
There will be a large street closure for the Snowdown Light Parade. Look for signs on parking meters on Friday February 2 as you will be towed if you park in a closed space.
Do NOT leave your car in a metered parking space overnight. You could be ticketed or towed. You can leave a vehicle overnight in any City parking lot but you must remove it the next day by 8 am.
