Fashion Do's & Don'ts

Snowdown Fashion Do's & Don'ts will be on Wednesday January 28, 2026 at the La Plata County Fairgrounds and Events Center. Doors open at 11 am, lunch begins at 11:30 am, announcement and prizes at noon, and the show starts at 12:30 pm. Enjoy a sit down luncheon and a show! 2026 will be the 27th annual "Fashion" Show. Great music, hilarious models, public costume contests and a few hours of revelry. This event is a perennial Snowdown favorite.

HOW TO BE IN THE FASHION SHOW

NEW - auditions are required to be in the Fashion Show this year! This is a two-step process.

Step #1 - complete a one-page application HERE and email to
annejd5949@gmail.com by Friday October 31, 2025.

Step #2 - attend an interview. Interviews will be scheduled for Tuesday November 11 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm or Thursday November 13 from 5 to 7 pm.

If you are selected for the show, there will be a mandatory rehearsal on Sunday, January 25, 2026.

TICKETS

The public ticket sale date is planned for Saturday January 10, 2026, and will start at 6 am, at El Rancho Tavern. These tickets always sell out, so if you want tickets you will need to be at the location well before 6 am to claim your space in line! Tickets costs are: $20 for standing (lunch NOT included), $25 for seated (lunch included) and $30 for seating on the runway (lunch included). The maximum number of tickets one person can buy is 4 for seated and 8 for standing. Checks or cash accepted for payment, we do NOT accept credit cards.
