There is one team per entry form, and multiple entry forms can be submitted to increase your chance of being selected. Please Select one person from your team as the team captain (21+), who will fill out this form and be our main point of contact.
🚨IMPORTANT🚨 : To ensure your entries are tied together in the lottery, please use the SAME team captain email address for all entries.
Registration closes on Friday, January 16, and selected teams will receive an email shortly after with further instructions.
Event info:
A SNOWDOWN favorite! This is the annual and epic costumed golf outing at Downtown Durango's finest watering holes! Meet at 11:30 AM at the Elks Lodge ballroom wearing your best Uniquely Colorado attire. You tee off at NOON with your own putter and golf ball. Must be 21+.
If your team is selected, we will let you know a few days after the January 16 deadline and will email you a link to pay the entry fee of $80. That is the same as last year‘s price. We are holding the line on inflation!
