Snowdown Parade Drone Show

There will be drone show towards the end of the Snowdown Light Parade this year. As part of Colorado's 150th anniversary, the state is providing drone shows to all parts of Colorado. Music In the Mountains received one, and is using theirs as their entry in the 2026 Snowdown Light Parade. THANK YOU MUSIC IN THE MOUNTAINS!

There will be 500 drones used in this show, so it will be pretty amazing. It will start right after the last float in the parade, about 6:45 pm. City of Durango crews will open the barricade along Main Avenue and the public will be allowed to view the drone show by stepping out into Main and looking south towards Smelter Mountain. This will be the BEST viewing spot!
