“Is this a tasting spoon which I see before me, The handle toward my hand?” All fools and jesters alike must feedeth thy body. Thus, I say, “Let them eat CHILI!” Bring your hunger and sense of adventure and sample various red and green chili, salsas and vegetarian chili made by the greatest chili masters of this land. Doors open at 7 AM to decorate booths and cooks! and to start cooking. Judging begins at 10:30 AM. Tasting cups on sale at 12 NOON. Knights, Kings and peasants alike can vote for the people’s choice award. All ages welcome!

Hosted by Olde Tymers Café. For ’tis the sport to have the engineer, hoist with his own petard. The Durango Cat-A-Pult IS BACK in conjunction with the Renaissance Fair! Bring your built-at-home trebuchet to the field of competition. Sling/Launching a Kitty projectile (approx. 8oz provided by the SnowDown Cat-A-Pult event coordinator) a distance of 200 feet three times to a “Kitty Box“ target.
